It is intimate place to stay, the food is outstanding, and location is excellent near metro. Excellent and excellent co-operating staff, they know their business. The breakfast is delicious and enjoyable, the staff keeps it stocked and spotlessly clean. The hotel provided a very good customer service during our trip.

Great location near the Grand Bazaar made it easy to explore Istanbul. The rooftop terrace offers amazing views, perfect for breakfast or evening drinks. The staff here were great, especially Halil, who carried my bags and ensured my comfort throughout my stay. My room felt cozy, with nice amenities like a mini-fridge and kettle. Breakfast had a good variety, but I would have appreciated more vegetarian options. The shower space felt a bit cramped, and I encountered some inconsistent Wi-Fi access, especially in common areas. Still, these did not overshadow the warm hospitality received. I felt right at home .

We stayed for four days on this fantastic hotel and we are very satisfayed with everything. The stuff is very nice and the breakfast was lovely. The hotel have a very nice roofterrace for breakfast or a glas of wine in the afternoon. And the hotel is just 2 min from the basar and very close to topkapi, haga sophia, the blue mosk. A perfect place to stay for a weekend trip!
It is difficult for taxidriver to find the hotel, maybe a taxidriver-map on the website to bring with you.

Good clean hotel in a quiet street near to the main tourist attractions - only a short walk or a couple of Metro stops away. Good breakfast for size of Hotel.
Interior of rooms needs some refreshing of wallpaper as some damp patches / marks on walls. Overall is not a major problem as room was clean and presentable otherwise.

Niles is well-situated, just a short walk from the Grand Bazaar and accessible tram lines. The staff provided really good service, particularly Halil, who was attentive during breakfast and ensured all my needs were met. The rooftop terrace offered a fine view, and the complimentary breakfast featured a variety of fresh options each morning.
Wi-Fi could be spotty in some areas.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The waiter on the roof terrace has a little surprise for those doing after dinner drinks. He is professional yet genuinely warm and hospitable. You mustn't miss pre- bedtime drinks.
The room and bathroom are a little small. But clean and comfortable.

The rooftop terrace had amazing views, and I loved the convenient location, just minutes from major attractions. Our room was comfortable, with a mini fridge and a kettle, perfect for late-night snacks! I also appreciated the water stations for refilling bottles.

we stayed in hotel for 2nights and tell by far this was the best hotel. We were upgraded to the junior suite and it was magneficient, the room boasted of the Ottoman design with awesome hamam style bath. the staff was efficient, cordial and very helpful and the hotel decor and breakfast was amazing. the simple gesture of the manager and bell boy to see us off from the gate when we were departing was so touching. All in all this was a wonderful experience..

Great breakfast variety each morning.
The family room was a major disappointment. It was on two floors with no windows in the lower level. The mattress was hard, and the bed frame squeaked loudly with every movement. It really diminished our comfort .

Niles is in a prime location, just steps from the grand bazaar and close to the tram line. The staff genuinely care. My bags were carried from a block away when my driver couldn't reach the hotel. Breakfast is good too, with plenty of tasty options.
